Elim Car Show

Do you enjoy perusing the classic cars, hot rods, trucks and motorcycles?

Come out on Saturday, June 19, 2021, to a great car show that benefits Elim. Parents, you can take your kids down memory lane when seeing the cars you used to know so well!

11th Annual Scott’s Garage Car Show

Our friends at Scott’s Garage are hosting their 11th annual Elim Benefit Car Show (from 10 am to 3 pm) on Elim’s East Campus in Crestwood.

The annual Elim Benefit Car Show brings Elim families, staff, and the entire community together to support children and adults with disabilities.   Car enthusiasts have the opportunity to enjoy viewing some magnificent vehicles, and everyone enjoys the great food, music, and celebrating the work of Elim Christian Services.  Proceeds from the Scott’s Garage Car Show go to support Elim’s HOPE Packs program.  HOPE Packs are packs of school supplies that Elim adult participants  assemble and distribute to under-resourced, low-income communities in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.  The HOPE Packs program is a double blessing – providing meaningful work for Elim adults AND providing essential school supplies to local kids in need.

Find out more about HOPE Packs here!

Not only does this event provide a family fun day that also raises essential funds for Elim, it also shares Elim’s message that all people, regardless of ability or disability, have value and purpose.  Elim Christian Services exists to equip people with disabilities to pursue their God-given potential, and Elim also seeks to develop fully inclusive communities where individuals with disabilities can fully live, work, and serve.

The Scott’s Garage Car Show promises lots of great cars, trucks, motorcycles, and food, and will also include an Arts & Crafts Show – fun for the whole family!
