Collaboration & Networking
Elim promotes opportunities for educational professionals and pre-service teachers to learn and share with one another. Through avenues like #ElimEduChat educators can increase their professional network, share educational strategies & supports, and converse about topics that promote an increased capacity to support the variable needs of all learners.
Our team of highly qualified educational consultants partners with schools as they identify and implement school-wide initiatives promoting the improved capacity to support the needs of all learners. School partners connect through General Consulting, regularly scheduled, remote consultation or Focused Consulting, intensive, outcome focused consulting services.
Through professional development-focused presentations and workshops, Elim provides opportunities for educational staff to grow in their capacity to support the needs of all learners. Our team consults with school leadership as they develop integrated opportunities for professional development within their school-wide plans.
