Hope For the Hungry

Adult Services is excited about a new opportunity to share the love of Christ with others through the HOPE Project. Bob Stine in his tireless efforts to promote the HOPE Project and develop partnerships with fellow ministries has found an opportunity to partner with Children Against Hunger. Children Against Hunger has developed a nutritious meal that can be sent to underfed and malnourished children throughout the world! The packet consists of rice, soy for protein, dried vegetables, and vitamins, minerals, and chicken stock. Boiled in water it makes a nutritious and delicious soup. Our vision is to have our adults package 10,000 food packs a month and then send them through various partnering mission organizations who will distribute them in our country and around the world to feed hungry children. The logistics of this operation are currently being worked out. We hope to start production in a couple of months. This is another great opportunity to serve our adults by giving them the opportunity to fulfill one of their passions, serving others!
