George and Diesel Come to Visit

Elim’s students love their new doggy friends, George and Diesel. Together with their trainers Andrea and Annette, these beloved dogs have been building positive relationships with Elim’s students throughout the past weeks.

Twice each month, classrooms in Elim Christian School and the ACE program are delighted to greet their new furry friends. While in the classroom, students take turns greeting, feeding, grooming, and walking the dogs.

In addition to happiness, these therapy dogs provide educational benefits to Elim’s students. Elim’s teachers have incorporated learning about their therapeutic friends through research projects and educational games.
