What:	This is a chance to hear and talk to professionals about: Guardianship – Questions and Alternatives Special Needs Trusts SSI (Supplemental Security Income) Medicare/Medicaid PAS (Pre-admission Screening) PUNS (Prioritization of Urgency of the Need for Services) Adult Day Programming Residential Options

 

 

We will have multiple mini-sessions to choose from that will address many of these needs.  More information regarding specific sessions will be sent to you in January. This conference is for ALL Elim families Primary through High School.
